A collection of images from a rural area of West Java, Indonesia, near the village of Pancawati. This area was a tea plantation until 2000 when it was taken over by local farmers. Now a variety of crops are grown there, but the area is always in danger of being converted to housing as it is near the Jakarta suburb of Bogor, Indonesia. This is about 60 0r 70 km south of Jakarta. This is one of my favorite places for taking walks with my camera.
